Halloween Howl School Fun Run/Walk

Halloween Howl School Fun Run/Walk

2022 HALLOWEEN HOWL

SCHOOL FUN RUN/WALK

Get the whole school involved in finding a CURE!

Diabetes is one of the most common lifelong childhood disorders, affecting approximately 40,000 children and adolescents in Canada. We would like to invite your school to participate in the Alberta Diabetes Foundation’s annual Halloween Howl. Organizing a Halloween Howl event at your school will help raise awareness about living with diabetes. It’s a fun event and a healthy way for your school community to support cutting-edge diabetes research in Alberta.

Alberta Diabetes Foundation makes this event easy to organize. We will provide fundraising packages, and you choose the date, location and the distance. Students can raise money and run/walk on a course you choose. Students can dress up in fun costumes and run their hearts out!

This is a great way to support a local charity event while fostering a fun and healthy school competition!

In partnership with Global News, your school could win $1,000 in entry fees to Telus World of Science* or Telus Spark Science Centre*.
