Draw Location for all Early bird will be held at Alberta Diabetes Foundation 8602 112 Street, Edmonton, AB T6G2E1 and will be open for public

1. Ticket sales will end on July 31, 2027 at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at Century Casino 24 Boudreau RD T8N 6K3 St. Albert, AB on August 3, 2027, at 6: 00 PM. The draw will be open to public.

2. The winner will receive a Grand prize 1963 Chevrolet Impala – valued at $147,900. No Cash alternative is available for the grand prize.

3. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Raffle box). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

4. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). **

5. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted in 90 days by phone and email that they have provided, the prize will be donated back to Alberta Diabetes Foundation pending AGLC approval.

6. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

7. No persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets due to their involvement with Alberta Diabetes Foundation (e.g., Staff members, board members, volunteers and immediate family members) as long as they are over the age of 18 and are a resident of Alberta.

8. A minimum of $100,000 in total tickets must be sold before requesting a draw date extension or a cancellation of the raffle. A draw date extension or a cancellation may not be approved if the breakeven point is reached (i.e., if enough tickets are sold to cover the prize cost and expenses)

9. Tickets are available for purchase online and in person at various Car shows events across Canada where Alberta Diabetes Foundation has a booth set up.

10. All Tickets purchased before the Cut off dates of Early Bird 1 will be eligible for those draws and all tickets purchase before July 31, 2027, by 11:59 PM will be eligible for the Grand Prize

11. There will be no cash alternative for the Grand Prize of 1963 Chevrolet Impala

12. The winner of the grand prize is responsible for arranging pick up of vehicle and must provide valid driver’s licence and insurance document before picking up. The winner will also sign a release document to take ownership of the vehicle. The winner will be given a mechanical inspection at the time and any issues like repairs, dents, scratches etc. must be discussed and documented at that time with the Alberta Diabetes Foundation staff member. Any new item/issue that was not part of the appraisal and mechanical inspection will be resolved by the Foundation

13. No Valid ticket purchase will be refunded unless the error can be proven legit, Alberta Diabetes foundation holds the right to refund if it feels an error was justified.

14. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, that the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the licenced charity nor AGLC is responsible for any dispute among the individuals whom names are written on the ticket stub.
